Der Astra Demo Kanal ist frei empfangbar über ASTRAs Orbitalposition 23,5 Grad Ost. und kann mit den folgenden Parametern gefunden werden: Satellit: ASTRA 3B, Position: 23,5 Grad Ost, Transponder: 3,204, Frequenz: 11.778 GHz, Polarisation: Vertikal, Symbolrate: 27,5 MS/s, Modulation: DVB-S2 QPSK, FEC: 9/10, Pilots: Aus. Der 3D Demo Kanal wird im Side-By-Side-Format übertragen. Zum Empfang des Astra Demokanals werden benötigt: HDTV Digitalempfänger, ein 3D Flachbildfernseher, der auf den 3D-Side-By-Side-Modus umgeschaltet ist, sowie eine 3D Brille.
